Overview

Beer Pong Go ("the App") is a card-based beer pong party game developed by Jarkko Tulensalo. The App is free to download and contains no advertising.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Data We Collect

We do NOT collect personal data.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

No account or login. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
No analytics or tracking. The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, tracking libraries, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage, sessions, taps, or device information.
No location data. The App does not access your location.
No camera or microphone access. The App does not access your camera or microphone.
No photos or contacts. The App does not access your photo library or contacts.

Data stored on your device

The App stores the following settings locally on your device using iOS's built-in UserDefaults:

Your selected language (English or Finnish)
Whether haptic feedback is enabled
Whether sound is enabled
Whether the deck should be shuffled on start
Your last selected deck
Your last team side and cup count preferences
Your last entered player names
Which paid deck free previews you have completed

This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any server. You can reset it by deleting and reinstalling the App.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (paid themed decks) processed by Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We receive a transaction receipt from Apple that confirms your purchase — this receipt does not contain personal data. Your purchase history is managed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID, not to the App.

We do not see, store, or process your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

Crash data

If the App crashes, Apple may collect crash logs through the standard iOS crash reporting system. These logs are managed by Apple and may contain device and OS information. We may review aggregated crash reports via App Store Connect to improve the App. We do not collect crash data ourselves.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 17+ (App Store category: Games) due to references to alcohol. The App is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

Your Rights

Since the App does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can clear all locally-stored settings at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Any material changes will be reflected in the App Store listing.
